EMV Upgrade Kits

EMV upgrade kits bring an older terminal up to chip-card acceptance without replacing the whole machine. A kit typically pairs the card reader with the firmware needed to run it, and the right one depends on the exact model and often the generation of the machine, so the model number is the first thing to check. Upgrading rather than replacing usually makes sense where the cabinet, dispenser and vault are still in good order and it is only the card reader holding the machine back.
